If you wanted to attend Sacred Heart School’s Feast for the Future this week, you’re too late. If you still want to donate to the cause, you’re not too late.
Principal Curtis Simons says the last available tickets were sold Wednesday morning. Friday’s event is a fundraiser for the school, and Simons says it comes as enrollment is increasing. Overall enrollment is up 17 students, and the school had to add a teacher’s aide for kindergarten due to higher enrollment year-to-year.
Doors open Friday at 5:15 pm with the silent auction starting almost immediately afterward and meal service from Gourmet to Go Catering beginning shortly after 6 pm. The live auction will start shortly before 7 pm.
Residents who still want to donate can call the school at 620-343-7394 or the Sacred Heart parish office at 620-342-1061.
