There was a lot to sample at The Taste, and a lot of people did just that Saturday.
A sellout crowd enjoyed food, beer, wine and spirits during the three-hour activity at White Auditorium. Main Street Director Casey Woods says The Taste fits well into Emporia’s destination event schedule.
The businesses may have been from Kansas, but Woods says people attended The Taste from Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
Up next for Emporia Main Street is the Spring Shop Hop April 20-May 4, including Cinco de Mayo and the Dynamic Discs Open block party — both on May 4.
