*Flood warning: Neosho River at Emporia from Friday afternoon to Saturday morning. River at 7 am Friday was at 15.8 feet, below flood stage of 19 feet. River is expected to go above flood stage late Friday afternoon, crest at 19.4 feet Friday evening and go below flood stage before midnight.
*Flood watch: Lyon, Coffey, Morris, Osage and Wabaunsee counties from Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
