The Emporia State women’s tennis team fell 6-1 against Missouri Western on Monday at the Kossover Family Tennis Center. The Lady Hornets got the win at #3 doubles with Sheridan Wichman and Perla Conde but the Griffons won the other two matches to take the doubles point. Western then won five of six singles matches to earn the dual victory. Wichman won #6 singles for ESU with a 6-3, 1-6, 1-0 victory (10-4). ESU wraps up the year 5-12 with a 1-7 MIAA record.
