Play is getting underway soon for the Dynamic Discs Open.
First-round action begins at Champions Landing on Friday for top-tier players, while A-Tier players get rolling Thursday. Courses are at Champions Landing, Jones Park — East and West courses will both be in play — and Peter Pan Park. Play ends Sunday, with the awards ceremony immediately after the champion-level players finish their final rounds.

In fact, over 400 players from 40 states and several countries are competing.
The annual block party is Saturday from 5-10 pm in the 800 and 900 blocks of Commercial Street, including the pro/am putting competition and the World’s Largest Ring of Fire activities. The Michael B Tipton Band will perform at Bourbon Cowboy starting at 10 pm.
