Commencement activities for higher learning continue this weekend.
Flint Hills Technical College will culminate its academic year with its graduation ceremony Saturday inside of William L. White Auditorium. FHTC Dean of Enrollment Management Brenda Carmichael says 320 students are set to receive their certificates and degrees this weekend.
Aside from finishing their final exams, she says students are also hard at work preparing for Saturday’s festivities.
Speaking of preparations for Saturday, Carmichael tells KVOE News the college implemented a new activity for graduates this year.
Commencement activities will begin at 10 am inside of White Auditorium.
