We are getting closer and closer to the start of the 2024 swim season at the Jones Aquatic Center.
The season will officially begin on Saturday with the aquatic center opening at 1 pm. JAC Director Jennifer Wegener says they have a great team for this year’s season noting they are fully staffed and ready to go for Saturday.
Once the season begins, the JAC will be open from 1 pm to 6 pm Monday through Sunday throughout the summer. In addition to the regular swimming hours, Wegener says they once again have a full schedule of special events and activities on the calendar, including some new ones.
The cost for admission weekly will be $5 for adults 16 and older, $3 for children between four and 15 and free for children under the age of three. You can also purchase season passes for 10 to 50 swims ranging in price from $24 to $190.
Those who visit the aquatic center on opening day Saturday will receive a half-price coupon for their next visit.
