Value certification, geological technology renewals and an update from a local sober living agency are all set to come before Lyon County Commissioners during their weekly action meeting Thursday morning.
As part of their agenda, commissioners will receive information related to the 2024 certification of values presented by Lyon County Appraiser Ryan Janzen. A request for the renewal of the GeoPermits Portal for web-based permitting.
The cost of renewal is not to exceed $5,556. Empower House Ministries founder Melissa Landis and Empower House board members will also present an update on the agency’s operations. Two executive sessions are also tentatively planned.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 9 am inside of the Lyon County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
