Another extradition hearing is coming for an Emporia man accused of being a fugitive from Oklahoma after a hearing Monday.
James Paul Davis, age 47, will appear in Lyon County District Court on June 18 after his arrest this past Thursday. Davis is accused of leaving Craig County, Oklahoma, after being charged with second-degree burglary.
As part of Monday’s hearing, Kansas Legal Services was appointed to represent Davis.
