The Chase County Sheriff’s Office is looking for information about a burglary and theft at the Cottonwood Falls Township Prairie Grove Cemetery earlier this month.
The Sheriff’s Office says the incident apparently happened between May 11-14 at the cemetery, which is in the 1500 block of Lake Road and just west of Cottonwood Falls. The suspect or suspects took a black generator and black weed trimmer, both of unknown make and model. They also took two Echo SRM-225 weed trimmers.
Suspect descriptions are not currently available.
