A man accused of distributing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of an Emporia school and another drug-related charge has pleaded no contest in his case.
Zane Major had been accused of distributing up to 100 grams of meth near William Allen White Elementary during an alleged incident in early April, along with one count of possessing drug paraphernalia. He pleaded no contest to possession with intent to distribute meth as part of a hearing Friday.
