Yet another positive financial report highlighted the CareArc Board of Directors monthly meeting Tuesday afternoon.
For April, the health center saw a net gain of $276,000, favorable to the budgeted gain of $29,000. Total revenues for the month were $902,708 well above the budgeted amount of $857,000.
Total expenses for the month were $626,000 and the health center now has a year-to-date gain of $308,000. One item originally on the agenda that was pulled was a discussion on lead testing protocols.
According to CareArc CEO Renee Hively, the item was pulled from the agenda as it is not a formal policy and only requires her review and signature. A self-evaluation by board members and the monthly clinical and annual risk management reports were also discussed and approved.
The CareArc Board of Directors will next convene for their monthly board meeting in June.
