Budget requests will begin for Lyon County Commissioners Thursday morning when they convene for their regular action meeting.
Commissioners will hear the first round of many appropriation requests for the 2025 budgeting cycle, however, the names of the agencies set to submit those requests have yet to be announced. Commissioners will also receive information and consider approving a request for upgrades to the Lyon County District Court servers, computers, website and audio/video equipment for a total of more than $54,400.
Two executive sessions, one for non-elected personnel and another for legal matters are also scheduled. The meeting will begin at 9 am inside of the Lyon County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
