If you’re a parent and need your car seats checked with all the summer activities on the schedule, you have an opportunity to have that happen Tuesday.
Safe Kids Emporia will have a free car seat inspection event from 2-5 pm at Fire Station 2, 15th and Industrial Road. Besides the inspection, Safe Kids certified technicians can also install the seats and will be available to provide education tips for parents who have questions.
Besides Safe Kids Emporia, Rasmussen University nursing students are sponsoring Tuesday’s inspection and installation event.
