The City of Emporia has announced a road closure due to a scheduled water main repair Monday.
The city says 8th Avenue from West Street to Rural will be closed Monday to thru traffic for a water service line replacement. A timeline for the work has not been announced.
Customers in the area should not experience any disruptions due to the work.
