A Burlingame man is in custody on suspicion of drug-related activity and traffic violations following an arrest in Osage County Saturday.
According to Osage County Sheriff Chris Wells, an Osage County Sheriff’s K-9 unit initiated a traffic stop at Park Avenue and South Topeka in Burlingame just before 3:50 pm for an alleged traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were allegedly found in a vehicle driven by 41-year-old Brandon T. Sage of Burlingame.
Sage was arrested on suspicion of distribution of methamphetamine and driving with a suspended license. Sage was taken to the Osage County Jail where he remains at last word.
Formal charges are pending.
