The North Central-Flint Hills Area Agency on Aging is offering area residents a chance to work through the so-called Medicare maze with activities in town this week.
Senior Health Insurance Counselor for Kansas Karen Mayse will lead a Medicare basics workshop at the Lyon County Fairgrounds Bowyer Community Building. She will also take Medicare-related appointments both Tuesday and Wednesday at the Friendship Center, 221 West Logan.
Meanwhile, the Area Agency on Aging has its series of A Matter of Balance sessions beginning at 11:30 am Tuesday.
All activities in Emporia through the Area Agency this week are free to attend.
