A preliminary hearing is coming next month in a Lyon County case alleging mistreatment of a dependent adult.
Gina C Adams had her first appearance in Lyon County District Court on Wednesday. She is accused of taking between $25,000 and $100,000 from a person between July 1, 2021, and early June 2023. She currently faces single counts of mistreatment and theft.
Other details have not been released.
Adams has a preliminary hearing July 16.
