Emporia’s latest mural is almost finished, and it’s ready to be celebrated as part of the city’s First Friday Art Walk.
The mural is on the north side of Jack’s Lawn and Pool at 829 Commercial, the featured presenter for Friday’s event. First Friday Art Walk developer Kaila Mock says this is the latest mural through the work of the Community Art Alliance, a venture of Visit Emporia.

Several murals have been celebrated through Emporia’s First Friday, and two have seen work as part of a First Friday event: one at the now Sacred Leaf and the other at Trolley House Distillery.
