The USD 253 Board of Education has its regular meeting coming Wednesday.
As part of their agenda, board members will consider approving updates to the district’s emergency operations plan. Staff, athletic and certified, substitute and administrator handbooks for the coming year will all have their first readings.
A construction update from McCownGordon and a review of the summer 2024 vertical alignment will also see board attention. The board will also tackle several annual items including board appointments and consideration of resolutions establishing home rule and accepting generally accepted accounting principles.
The meeting will take place inside of the Mary Herbert Education Center beginning at 6 pm.
