A preliminary hearing in a Lyon County burglary case has been delayed.
Proceedings against Stephen Russell Sigle were supposed to take place Monday but have been pushed to July 24.
Sigle is charged with aggravated residential burglary as part of an alleged incident June 1. Other details have not been publicized.
