School doesn’t start for over a month, but the Salvation Army has its annual back-to-school clothing assistance activities coming the next two weeks.
Applications will be taken by walk-in method from 10 am to 3 pm both July 16 and July 23 at the Salvation Army Annex, 209 West Fourth. Applicants need to provide two forms of proof: the number of school-aged children in the household and either all household income or SNAP benefits. Students that qualify will get vouchers so they can buy school clothes.
