The Lyon County Planning and Appeals Board has two applications it will consider during its monthly meeting Wednesday.
Board members will discuss a potential parcel type change from Agriculture to Light Industrial in the 600 block of Road 170. Beef Land Development LLC has submitted that request.
Also, board members will look at a Conditional Use Permit request for Ag Conditional Use “Motor Vehicle Storage” from property owner John Nichols at 1687 Road W-7.
The meeting begins at 7 pm at the Lyon County Courthouse Annex.
