A preliminary hearing will take place in just over a month in a Lyon County drug distribution case.
Marquise Richardson had his first appearance in Lyon County District Court on Wednesday and will return for his prelim Aug. 14.
Richardson faces single counts of distributing 100 grams to a kilogram of cocaine, at least 450 grams of marijuana and up to 1,000 dosage units of LSD. Richardson is also charged with possessing paraphernalia, interference with law enforcement and domestic battery after an alleged battery incident that developed into a short law enforcement pursuit Sunday.
