An Eskridge man faces criminal charges of alleged illegal contact with a minor.
Wabaunsee County Undersheriff Erik Kirsch says 24-year-old Manuel Thomas Bailey was arrested Wednesday after a report of possible exploitation. Deputies responded to the 400 block of East First in Eskridge, met with Bailey and arrested him on suspicion of aggravated indecent liberties and aggravated child endangerment after inspecting evidence at that location, according to Kirsch.
Formal charges are pending.
