CareArc’s Board of Directors has a number of standard reports on the agenda for its monthly meeting, along with several new items.
Board members could de-obligate nearly $90,000 in federal grant funds, meaning canceling of reducing that amount because the funds won’t be needed as originally stated, and it could approve the “disposition of tangible property” as part of its action. The board agenda says the money was initially meant for remote monitoring purposes. The funding was initially granted through the H80 Health Center Program offering supplemental funds for hypertension.
New business Tuesday also includes proposals for public health service and a child care licensing fee, along with a staff satisfaction survey. Old business includes updates on the pharmacy and parking lot, along with recommended bylaw revisions.
Monthly reports on finances will be heard in open session, along with monthly reports from the chief medical and dental officers.
The meeting starts at noon Tuesday at CareArc.
