A preliminary hearing is set in September for a man accused of distributing drugs in Greenwood County.
James Lutje has been formally charged with one count of distributing up to 100 grams of methamphetamine, as well as single counts of possessing marijuana, psilocybin and paraphernalia. He’s also accused of driving under the influence.
Charges follow a reckless driver complaint on US Highway 400 in southern Greenwood County on July 15.
