Things may not have been absolutely purr-fect, but things went quite well for Emmy Ritchie at the Lyon County Fair cat show Friday.
Ritchie had the grand champion cat, Furfy, and the champion decorated cat cage. This was Ritchie’s first time showing Furfy at the fair, and she says she learned a few things from last year’s entry.
Furfy did well, especially because this wasn’t a setting where he was comfortable.
Next year, Ritchie is planning to have Furfy back at the fair — with a little more training.
