Work continues on railroad crossings near Emporia.
Burlington Northern Santa Fe had closed its crossing at Road Y with work planned Thursday and Friday. That work will now extend through Monday after unspecified issues were noted.
Burlington Northern Santa Fe is also closing its crossing at Road P on Wednesday for surfacing. That crossing is tentatively set to be closed all day.
