Public input is currently being sought as CareArc updates its five-year strategic plan, but there’s not much time left to do so.
CareArc has an online survey currently underway, but CEO Renee Hively says the survey will end at the close of business Tuesday before a review later this week. Hively says there has already been similar work behind the scenes with customers, partners and even competitors.
Hively says the survey focuses on clinical services, collaboration opportunities, prospects for a new pharmacy and other areas where CareArc can improve its service to residents and the area.
The current strategic plan ends in December. Hively says the prior strategic plan led to the recent dental expansion, which has done well — although CareArc is looking to add a fourth dentist to meet the demand. The current plan also has led to a new partner for electronic medical records.
