The Emporia-Lyon County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission and Lyon County Board of Zoning Appeals are meeting separately Tuesday.
The BZA will meet first, and it has several items to consider, including a request for a sign variance at 2301 Industrial, a variance from a required rear yard setback at a currently unlisted address and a request for a ground floor dwelling unit at 324 East Sixth.
After those items, the Planning Commission will meet to consider a rezoning request at 1200 Whittier Place Lane.
The meeting slate begins at 6 pm at the Municipal Court Room.
