Another retail store at the Emporia Pavilions will open to shoppers this week.
Five Below has its official grand opening ceremonies starting at 9:30 am Friday.
Five Below is coming online ahead of Maurices, which is moving from Flinthills Mall by mid-September, and Old Navy, which has its main signage up — but Pavilions developer Spencer Thomson says it might not open until mid-October.
This is the third phase of construction at the Pavilions at 24th and Industrial. Ross Dress for Less, Shoe Dept Encore and Marshalls opened in late 2022 or early last year. Hobby Lobby was the first store at the Pavilions, opening in 2017.
Thomson says he is nearing completion on leases for at least two more nationally-known tenants. Thomson also continues to work towards bringing several restaurants to the development.
