Formal charges are pending after the arrest of a man wanted on suspicion of theft.
The Chase County Sheriff’s Office had been searching for Clifford Vanderzanden after he allegedly stole a UTV from an unnamed Chase County ranch earlier this month. The vehicle has since been found and returned.
The Sheriff’s Office began highlighting the Vanderzanden case a week ago. It hasn’t said when Vanderzanden was captured.
