Court proceedings will begin next month for a man accused of stealing equipment from a Chase County business.
Clifford Vanderzanden has been charged with one count of felony theft and will appear in court Sept. 9. Vanderzanden is accused ot taking a UTV from a Chase County ranch on Aug. 6.
Earlier this week, Vanderzanden was set for a pretrial hearing on methamphetamine and paraphernalia possession charges after an alleged incident in mid-May. That hearing has been delayed to Sept. 9.
