The Emporia Granada Theater will be playing host to yet another well-known name in the music world this weekend.
Saturday night the Granada will welcome multi-platinum recording artist Waka Flocka Flame to town. The Atlanta-based rapper rose to prominence in the late 2000s with his single “O Let’s Do It” reaching the Billboard Hot 100.
Flame went on to release his hit single “No Hands,” which reached number 13 on the charts, in 2010 just ahead of the release of his debut studio album Flockaveli which peaked at number six on the Billboard 200 that year.
