In 2023, the Lebo Wolves began the season 0-3.
The Wolves then won six consecutive games before falling in the regional round of the 8-Man Division II playoffs against Hanover. Lebo is looking for a faster start to the season with several key pieces returning for the 2024 season.
Lebo will be led by seniors Zach Oswald and Drew Konrade. Senior Eli Hauff and junior Brayden Hopkins are also returning for the Wolves.
The first five games for the Wolves will see them face Lyon County League opponents beginning with a Week 1 matchup at home against Madison. Outside of LCL play in district play, Lebo will face Rural Vista and Centre, while also facing Sunrise Christian.
Lebo will be featured twice on KVOE’s Area Game of the Week at Northern Heights on Sept. 13 and at home against Hartford on Sept. 27. Sept. 13’s game will be on Mix 104.9 due to Kansas State football vs. Arizona. Sept. 27’s game will be on Country 101.7 FM.
