Sentencing is ahead for a man initially accused of aggravated residential burglary and other charges.
Jaron Ali Talib had been accused of burglary, battery and criminal damage after an alleged incident May 24. Last week, Talib accepted a no-contest plea agreement to single counts of criminal trespass, battery and criminal damage as part of the incident in the 1600 block of Center.
Sentencing will take place Nov. 6.
