A Lyon County mistreatment, theft and forgery case will have a pretrial and arraignment hearing next month.
Guillermina Rojas-Benitez had a preliminary hearing Wednesday and will return to Lyon County District Court on Oct. 22.
Rojas-Benitez faces single counts of mistreatment of a dependent adult or elder person and theft, along with four counts of forgery. Authorities accuse Rojas-Benitez of taking up to $25,000 in personal property or financial resources as part of illegal activity between mid-September and early November 2023.
