An Emporia woman accused of drug distribution and child endangerment will have her preliminary hearing later this month.
Anissa Gardner-Lagg has a prelim Sept. 16. She had her first official appearance in Lyon County District Court on Wednesday.
Gardner-Lagg is charged with single counts of distributing a small amount of meth and possessing marijuana, meth and paraphernalia. She also has one count of aggravated child endangerment for allegedly causing a child under the age of 18 to be in an environment where she either knew or should have known illegal drug activity was underway.
