Potential trial start dates are on the Lyon County docket in an Emporia stabbing case.
Judge Lee Fowler set Oct. 28, Nov. 12 and Nov. 18 as options for Raena Grana as part of a pretrial and arraignment hearing Thursday. A motion hearing will take place Sept. 18, followed by a trial status hearing Oct. 23.
Grana faces single counts of aggravated battery and interference with law enforcement. She and Gary Grana were charged after an alleged stabbing at 1101 Congress in early June. Emporia Police have said there was a dispute involving several people. One person suffered a non-life-threatening stab wound.
Gary Grana faces misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. He has a plea hearing Oct. 9.
