A Lyon County attempted residential burglary case is changing course after a hearing this week.
Alexei Perez-Ricardo was originally accused of attempted aggravated burglary after an alleged incident Aug. 9, but that was dropped as part of a preliminary hearing Tuesday. A single count of felony criminal damage remains in the case, while a count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct was added.
Perez-Ricardo will return to court for a pretrial conference Oct. 2.
