A preliminary hearing is coming next month in a Lyon County drug distribution case involving a southwest Kansas man.
Nethanial Robinson, age 23 of Rago, had his first court appearance Tuesday. His preliminary is Oct. 15.
Emporia Police arrested Robinson early Saturday after an alleged incident Friday, but officers have not provided details. Records online through the Kansas District Court Public Access Portal show Robinson is charged with single counts of distributing up to 100 units of psilocybin, as well as possessing both marijuana and paraphernalia.
