The premises are simple.
One, get as many non-perishable food donations for Corky’s Cupboard at Emporia State. Two, beat Washburn.
Which means it’s time for Can the Bods, underway through Oct. 18. And this comes at a time when Corky’s Cupboard is seeing a lot of use, according to Associated Student Government President Azwad Arif.
Non-perishable food items and school supplies are needed. Drop-off boxes are scattered across campus. Residents can also donate money online. Click here for the link.
The drive ends with the ESU volleyball game against Washburn at 3 pm Oct. 26 at White Auditorium. The losing student body president gets a pie in the face.
