Phase 3 work is wrapping up soon at the Emporia Pavilions retail shopping center.
Old Navy will open to the public Oct. 2 before official grand opening activities Oct. 5.
Old Navy follows other Phase 3 stores Maurices, which officially opened last week, and Five Below, which opened in late August. Ross Dress for Less, Shoe Dept Encore and Marshalls opened in late 2022 or early last year as part of Phase 2. Hobby Lobby was the first store at the Pavilions, opening in 2017.
Developer Spencer Thomson says he is nearing completion on leases for at least two more nationally-known tenants. Thomson also continues to work towards bringing several restaurants to the development.
