It took over a week, but repairs are finished on Prairie Street just north of 12th after a major water main break.
Prairie reopened late Tuesday after street repairs ended, including surface work.
A 20-inch water line ruptured Sept. 16, disrupting service for residents nearby, heaving and buckling the street in several spots between 12th and Park Avenue and causing significant subsurface damage.
City crews have a planned water main repair in the 700 block of Lincoln on Wednesday. That street will be closed to thru traffic and service to nearby residents may be affected.
Crews also handled a fire hydrant repair at Fifth and Wilson on Tuesday.
