Emporia Underground Utilities crews have water issues to handle Thursday.
Crews have been called to repair water mains on West 15th between Rural and West, an area that has had several water main failures this summer. They are also working on a leak on West 18th near the Flint Hills Technical College main campus.
The city does not expect water service to be affected for the college. Repair timetables are pending.
