The fifth annual Allen Veterans Fall Festival has a lot on the schedule this Saturday.
Activiites go all day, including the morning round of a freewill donation breakfast, ATV ride, car show and free cancer screenings. Organizer Harold Buckbee says it’s important to have a wide variety of activities — and it takes a lot of time to set the schedule.
Afternoon activities include a cornhole tournament and bank robbery re-enactment, with other activities taking place all day like bounce houses, raffles, food trucks and stagecoach rides.
