A man accused of aggravated burglary and other charges had his first appearance in Lyon County District Court this week.
As part of the hearing, Angel Enrique Lemus was scheduled for a preliminary hearing Oct. 23 before Judge Doug Jones.
Lemus is charged with aggravated residential burglary, battery and criminal damage to property after alleged incidents Sept. 9 and Sept. 13. Authorities have not released additional information about the Lemus case.
