The Emporia High volleyball team finished second at the Centennial League Tournament held at Topeka High on Saturday.
Emporia High defeated Junction City (25-15, 25-19), Manhattan (16-25, 25-20, 25-23), Topeka High (25-16, 25-17), Hayden (25-20, 22-25, 26-24) before ending the tournament with a loss to Washburn Rural (25-12, 25-20).
Emporia High (18-8) travels to Great Bend for a triangular against the Panthers and Hillsboro on Thursday.
