The Emporia High gymnastics team finished third at the Newton Invitational on Saturday with a score of 89.925.
Chloe Fischer was ninth in the all around with a score of 29.9. Fischer finished in a tie for fifth in the vault (8.5) and was 10th in the beam (7.8), while also recording 6.0 on the bars and 7.6 in floor.
Addy Malone finished 11th in the all around with a score of 29.65. Malone finished eighth in the bars (6.4), had an 8.1 in the vault, 7.2 on the beam and 7.95 in floor.
Jaylin Dickason finished third in floor with a score of 8.55.
